First off, I would like to thank everyone for such a warm welcome!! It's great to have so many comments and feedback already.

So, does anybody remember that story in the news a few years back where there were like 8 foster kids being kept in cages some place in Ohio? Yeah, I grew up right down the street from there. I did photoshoots every now and again when I could, but it really became too much of a hassle to drive hours and hours away for a shoot because I lived in EastJesusNowhere. My mom is a professional photographer though, so I did get a little bit of exposure with her although she mainly did senior photography, so I only got portraits out of it. Moving to New Orleans has seriously improved the availability of modeling work and photographers, so my portfolio has grown leaps and bounds in the last 10 months. I hope to get a LOT of work done in my portfolio by the end of the summer, and start putting it to work!
